Limitations:

It is recommended that e-learning courses be taken in order. You cannot receive the Certified Retail Banker designation until all three courses, Retail Banking I, Retail Banking II and Retail Banking III have been completed and their respective examinations have been passed successfully.


Registration Fees:

Registration fees include online access to course materials and exams.


Payment:

Payment in full: Payment must be received prior to the start of the course. Retail Banking Academy retains the right to withhold course enrolment, distribution of course materials and certification until an invoice is paid.

Payment in instalment: By choosing our instalment plan, you agree to our terms and conditions and authorise Retail banking Academy Limited to retain your card details securely via PayPal and reference these details to process future payments as per our agreement. To cancel or amend your payment frequency please contact RBA support team at supportteam@rb-a.org


Cancellation:

Candidates who register for an examination but cancel or do not write the examination will be permitted to carry forward their registration to the next available examination date. No refund will be given. Cancellations must be received in writing or by email and will not be accepted over the phone. Eligibility to enter the exam is valid for one year from registration date.

Course fees are non-refundable.
